The watch itself seems to perform alright but IT WILL BREAK!! Both myself and a buddy of mine have had the same issue. The weight of the watch is great, not for everyone but i enjoy it, but the pins in the band won't hold up. When it breaks you'll be asked for credit card information and have to send it to Nixon (ON YOUR DOLLAR) before they'll even tell you what you owe. Being that it weighs as much as it does, it'll cost you $15.00 just to send it in. THEY WON'T COVER THE ISSUE ON WARRANTY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEEDINGLY RUDE!!! This is the first review I've ever written and I'm not a drama queen. For the money this watch costs YOU'LL BE DOING YOURSELF A SUPREME DISSERVICE IN BUYING IT!! WHAT A WATCH! Absolute Wrist Porn! Stunning design. Amazing quality, it must be machined to a few microns! I really cannot believe how good this watch is. It looked good in photos but you have to see it in the flesh (don't try it on if you haven't got cash in your pocket as you'll go into depression if you leave the shop without it!)It's big but not stupidly (I'm 6ft 3in & sporty build) so perfect size. It's heavy too & feels like it could survive a Nuclear war! Design is so versatile you could wear it to work, board meetings, pub, restaurants, surfing... anything! I used to dream of owning Breitlings, Omegas, U-Boat, Tag-Heur etc but I don't want them now. So Impressed. Nixon I'm sold. Keep up this kind of quality & design & you have a customer for life! |
