My wife bought this watch for me as a gift and after wearing for only 4-5 times the finish off the band started to come off, i work in office and so no rough usage. I called citizen and sent them the watch back to have a look at it. No body from the customer service ever called me and they sent me an invoice for the repair of the watch for 130 dollars saying that the strap was rubbed agains hard surfaces. I paid for the shipping both ways.
Worst watches and worst customer service ever experienced. Will never buy or recommend anyone citizen watch.

This is a very nice watch. The color and style of the Citizen Eco Drive watch is great. The band was very easy to adjust and the hidden clasp looks awesome. I haven't found anything I don't like about this so I have given it a 5 stars.
p.s. One thing that worried me at the beginning was the stop watch not working. I found that it will only work after the watch has a full charge. You can tell the watches charge by watching the seconds hand (if under charged it will jump 2 seconds at a time)
