 Aesthetically pleasing, reliable and dependable, By This review is from: Seiko SMA011 (Watch) I've owned this watch for coming to 8 years now. Back then, this watch was a "new model" and I was among the first few to own it. It is interesting to note that the price of this model hasn't come down much in the intervening years.It has a nice dial with a "raised bump" in the middle, as can be seen in the photo. The watch keeps excellent time, and I have yet to see it run low on power all these years. There's even once I left it in my drawer for like a year or so, totally untouched. I took it out, gave it a couple of good shakes, and the hands moved to the correct time. In all that time, the watch lost about a minute of time or so, no big deal to me. Personally, I think that this watch looks great. The only other watches that I think look better would be those from the Arctura line of Seiko. What I like: 1. Sleek design, still looks great after all these years. 2. Slim, not bulky. 3. Can be worn as a casual watch too... Read more |
