This watch does the job, no matter the lighting conditions. I've owned several watches, and this is by far the most stylish functional time piece one could ask for. The only issue that I've had, which thankfully fell under the 1 year warranty against material and craftsmanship defects, was there is adhesive tape under the hour and minute hands. The adhesive tape that holds the tritium bars can come off. With mine, it was the hour hand. This small peice of tape caused the watch to stop working, however a little shake and it was a tickin again. I have a small wrist and wanted a smaller size watch (under 39mm case) so this watch fit the bill (has a 37mm case).When the watch arrived, it had a dead battery. I replaced the battery and it has worked well since. I am very happy with the size and style of the watch. Titanium does make a difference on the weight of the watch. It is definitely lighter than other watches of this size in this category. I first called the vendor to see if there was some 'trick' to get the watch started, as it was not running. They said there were no special procedures that they knew of. They gave me the number of the the manufacturer, Smith & Wesson. I called S&W. Amazingly, a real person who knows the product answered on the second ring. They said to replace the battery, and if that did not work, call them back. |
